Obviously longer time for relax, more time to do things we enjoy, or longer vacation… but what I really like about weekend especially a long one, is the effectiveness to wash away the tears. Got some of bad news this week…

• Team member is leaving the company
• Some potential project lose to competitors
• Clients stop purchasing the service
• Crazy financial target for this year
• Irate clients because the product quality is not as expected
• Salary rise is not high due to some other departments not meeting their target

That problems give me nightmares every night… But this is a long weekend… I do not want to think about it… Screw them..! I want my warm sunny beach…
