I believe that a disaster is not because of one mistake, it needs series of mistakes to be a disaster… one mistake is mine, I can point out that others are failed too, but pointing finger is for the sissy, we should own the problem and will solved it although it might be hard.

Well, life is tough… if it is too easy, it will be very boring… :)
