One of the culinary that you should try in Jogja is Gudek… and the most legendary gudek is Gudek Yu-Jum, the name of the late owner. You may not like it, but this is a staple food for Jogjakartan… There are many brands of gudek available even Gudek Yu Jum is also have few outlets across Jogja. I was lucky to go to the very first and original outlet to see how they make the tasty Gudek…
